the check-in was like a circus act, them muzzling all the clowns in the room, I mean, who knew a heavy door could be more troublesome than a toddler? I thought I’d get a complimentary upgrade after my experience with the drip above the toilet, but apparently, they don’t believe in such niceties. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The main entrance doors failed multiple times, resulting in frustration!!! There were also significant maintenance issues in the rooms that could use attention!!!

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the walk-in shower I specifically requested and the cozy space for our bikes. I loved that there were comfy lounge chairs in the lobby to relax in and a great complimentary breakfast to start our day right. The only slight hassle was navigating the elevators, which were a bit slow, but it didn’t dampen our experience at all! 😊

the hampton inn had convenient parking and the staff, especially patricia and the breakfast lady, were super helpful. the breakfast was delicious and the area was very clean. it was nice to see snow from our room, something we rarely get to enjoy.

Massillon's dining scene is a gem! Rockne's had cheese rolls that were to die for, and Smiley's Italian Restaurant served up pasta that danced on the palate. Plus, our room was sparkling clean and huge, creating a cozy retreat after a day of culinary adventures!

Now, let's get real. That drip above the toilet was a bit of a downer, and while moving rooms was sorted, a 20% discount didn't quite cut it for the hassle. Hopefully, that bathroom gets the TLC it needs soon!

The breakfast bar is well stocked and the staff, especially Patricia, always had a friendly smile. The room was nice and clean. My family really appreciated the cocoa packets in the lobby. we couldn’t resist that good stuff! The children loved being able to enjoy the snow view from our room since we hardly see any where we live.

It wasn't exactly cheap though it still felt alright for what we got.

We had a cozy stay with our three kids, and the complimentary breakfast was a hit! The staff was quick to help out, especially when we needed extra towels. The clean, spacious rooms gave us room to breathe after a long day visiting local attractions.

For dads, it would be great if there were more play areas for kids.
